How to apply ST, Domicile, PRC and Income online certificate (e-District):

Applying:
1. Open www.eservicesmanipur.gov.in
2. Select Citizen / CSC and Click here to Login With ePramaan (Right)
3. Click New user? Create an account (bottom)
4. Select Registration using Aadhaar Number / VID
a) Enter Aadhaar Number / VID
b) Choose OTP Medium ( Mobile or Email)
c) Enter Captcha
d) Complete Registration process
5. Step 2 and Enter e-Pramaan Login User ID, Password and log in Continue
6. Select New Application, Open the department Apply require certificate
7. Symbol Asterisk (*) Indicates Mandatory.
8. Fill up Applicant details
9. Upload Documents: Select Document – Add – Upload 
10. Tick self declaration and  Submit
11. Print Acknowledgement slip

Check Status / Download:
1. Open www.eservicesmanipur.gov.in
2. Click Verify / Print Certificate (right)
3. Enter Application No. and Search
4. Download and Print.
Or
1. Open www.eservicesmanipur.gov.in
2. Select Citizen / CSC and Click here to Login With ePramaan (Right)
3. Enter e-Pramaan Login User ID, Password and log in Continue
4. Click Submitted Application
5. Select Application no.
6. Download and Print.

Verify the certificate:
1. Right Click on Query mark in the digitally signed certificate
2. Choose "validate Signature" option
a) Then Choose "Signature Properties"
b) Then Click on Signature/Show Certificate
c) Now go to Trust tab then
d) Click on Add to Trusted Identities/Certificates
e) Tick all the option
f) Ok - Validate Signature - Close.

 Any Citizen can apply from anywhere.
 Download and print without creating User ID (With Application No.)
 Validate of signature is based on Adobe reader not certificate.

ORIGINS OF THE TANGKHUL NAGAS The meaning and derivation of the word 'Nagas' has long been disputed.
